Here at Black Oak Retrievers, we are a family run business that prioritizes working together to build our legacy. With over 10 years together of training experience, we believe that dogs should be an enjoyable, hard working members of the family. Together we farm full time, raising quality produce, cattle, and crops, while training dogs with our kids in tow.  We believe strongly in the power of community service and hard work; lessons that we pass onto our children. We love the life that we have built together, and want to help you have a fun, fulfilling life of making memories with your dog.

We make dog training a family affair; our dogs and kids both benefit from spending time together. As a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and with experience training many different breeds and ages of dogs, we are confident in our ability to problem solve and provide quality companion, shed, and therapy dog training. We use our vast property with several different types of terrain to train dogs in different situations to build confidence and dependability.
